Enable Smarter Reservation Matching with Custom Search Windows

We’ve introduced a new Reservation Search Window setting that gives you more control over how Slang finds available tables for your guests. Now, when a caller requests a specific time (like 7pm), you can customize how far before or after that time Slang will search for availability, helping you better match guest preferences while increasing booking opportunities. By narrowing this window, you can also boost cross-sell performance by more frequently offering exact-time availability at nearby restaurants within your group, turning more calls into confirmed reservations.
